His finely defined face stands out against the luminous gold background, embellished with engraved ornamental work.The decoration surrounding the figure is particularly elaborate: a wide band featuring polychrome plant and floral motifs rendered in enamel, alternating with small ornamental elements and crosses placed in the upper corners. The cruciform halo also features refined decoration, contributing to the overall splendor of the work.
