Cultured Akoya Pearl Necklace, In 18k White Gold With Diamonds
Elegant single-strand necklace composed of fine saltwater cultured Akoya pearls, renowned for their perfectly round shape, exceptional lustre and delicate natural colouring.
The necklace features pearls of uniform size, each measuring approximately 7 mm in diameter, with an excellent lustre and a refined natural ivory/cream hue. The pearls retain their natural colour and are completely free from dyeing or enhancement treatments.
Akoya pearls are cultivated from the Pinctada fucata martensii oyster, one of the smallest pearl-producing oysters commercially farmed. They are traditionally prized in fine jewellery for their remarkable roundness, brilliant lustre and elegant, neutral colour tones.
The pearls are individually strung and knotted on silk, following the traditional craftsmanship associated with fine pearl necklaces.
The necklace is finished with a magnificent 750 white gold clasp, set with diamonds. The clasp bears the 750 hallmark, corresponding to 18-karat gold, together with the maker's mark.
A refined and timeless jewel, combining the natural beauty of Akoya pearls with traditional jewellery craftsmanship.
