Art Nouveau-style Storage Box From The Early 1900s
Early 1900s French Art Nouveau box made of inlaid wood. It features a rectangular structure with a curved and contoured lid, embellished with a beautiful burl veneer featuring particularly decorative grain patterns. At the center of the lid is an elegant ornamental motif composed of leaves and stylized plant elements, crafted from woods of different hues, in keeping with the typical decorative style of the period. The front and sides echo the lid’s decoration with additional inlaid floral motifs.
