French table set from the second half of the 19th century, consisting of an imposing centerpiece and a pair of bowls on pedestals.

The centerpiece features a large oval bowl of cut crystal, with a scalloped and fluted rim, attributed to the Baccarat factory, set within a rich silver-plated metal mount. The handles and base are lavishly adorned with scrollwork, foliage, shells, and naturalistic motifs in the Neo-Rococo style.

The pair of bowls features the same design and consists of cut crystal bowls supported by elegant sculpted female figures, integrated into a lush composition of foliage and ornamentation.

The set is attributed to L’Escalier de Cristal, Paris, a famous 19th-century Parisian luxury house renowned for its creations combining crystal, bronze, and refined mountings. The crystal is attributed to Baccarat.
