MENNECY porcelain. A polychrome soft-paste porcelain group depicting a putto seated near an obelisk. He holds a shield in his left hand. All around the base of the obelisk: arrows, a sword, and a quiver. 18th century. Height: 17.5 cm. Base diameter: 11 cm. (Minor chipping on the pedestal and a small firing crack; a small piece is missing from one loop of a knot).
