Majolica Albarello From Sciacca (sicily) — Seventeenth Century
Large, curved Sciacca majolica albarello with a polychrome decoration depicting a saint holding a palm branch in his hand at the center of a medallion; the reverse is decorated with blue foliage. A frieze of foliage adorns the neck and base.
Small glaze cracks on the reverse.
