Antique Cupboard Neo-renaissance Walnut Italy XIX Century Original
A two-section sideboard in the Neo-Renaissance style, crafted from fine walnut and dating from the late 19th century in Italy. The upper section features a pair of doors with leaded and stained glass, a carved cornice with a central shield, and decorations of dragons and leaf-shaped volutes. The lower section is embellished with scrollwork and shelf brackets featuring masks, resting on animal-shaped feet. The base consists of two drawers located beneath the top and paneled doors with scrollwork carvings. The side posts are adorned with caryatids, and the feet are plinth-style. The interior is finished in oak, highlighting the piece’s artisanal quality.
