???? Vintage double-sided "Croustidor" bakery sign—painted metal with a beautiful patina ????
✨ A truly distinctive piece that evokes the artisanal bakeries of yesteryear. This large, double-sided hanging sign proudly bears the name “Croustidor,” accompanied by the phrases “La Griffe de l’Artisan Boulanger” and “L’excellence Artisanale.”
???? Its particularly striking design captures the essence of traditional baking: calligraphic typography, ochre yellow and deep red tones, a stylized emblem in the center, and a circular composition reminiscent of old commercial plaques and signs.
⚒️ The entire piece is made of painted metal and consists of two parts. The large round plaque is connected by small chains to a lower band cut in the shape of a ribbon, bearing the inscription “Boulangerie Artisanale.” The upper rings allowed the sign to be hung so it was visible from both sides.
???? It is entirely double-sided. Both sides feature the same overall design, making it a true sign intended to be hung perpendicular to a facade rather than a simple wall-mounted advertising plaque.
