A pair of amber-tinted clear glass chalice-form vases featuring flared trumpet rims, blue applied scrolled handles around the central knop, and pedestal bases. Finely decorated with polychrome hand-painted enamels, gilt scrollwork, and floral motifs.
Austria (J. & L. Lobmeyr, Vienna). Late 19th century (c. 1880s).

J. & L. Lobmeyr was one of Vienna's most prestigious glass houses, famous in the 19th century for revival styles, intricate polychrome enameling, and delicate applied glasswork. These trumpet-shaped vases showcase classic Historicist/Neo-Renaissance style decoration on amber glass.
