Pair of nightstands from Maison Roméo, Paris, attributed to Jean-Claude Mahey, dating from the 1970s.
Each nightstand features two drawers and has black fronts accented with gold-plated metal trim. The drawers are fitted with matching cylindrical handles. The sides are also black, and the tops are covered with black glass.
Dimensions of each nightstand: W. 56 × H. 40 × D. 38 cm.
Condition is consistent with their age. A few marks, micro-scratches, and subtle scuffs are visible on the surfaces and metal parts. A small chip or isolated flaw is visible on one of the tops, as shown in the photographs.
