RUSSIAN WORK, LATE 19TH – EARLY 20TH CENTURY
Orthodox pectoral cross with triplice in gilt silver and polychrome cloisonné enamel, decorated with geometric and stippled motifs (white, sky blue, midnight blue, turquoise green, and translucent red). The lateral arms bear the Christogram inscriptions in Cyrillic (ІС ХС), and the lower bar is depicted diagonally according to Orthodox tradition.
Goldsmith’s mark (in Cyrillic “IА”) and Russian standard mark (84 zolotniks) struck on the suspension ring.8th artel.
