Large vintage Mazda Art Deco lamp, circa 1940, signed on the base (label partially intact).
Base and structure: Dark lacquered wood shaft (rosewood-style or stained wood), accented with metal fasteners and a shiny copper/rose gold metal collar.
Base: Circular base made of black/dark-stained wood topped with a copper cup.
Shade: Tulip-shaped / conical white opaline (opal glass) shade, diffusing a very pleasant and even light.
In very good working condition and appearance (light bulb socket replaced).
