Mahogany console table with mahogany veneer and ebony inlays, featuring a large drawer at the front supported by four legs—two of which are sheathed at the front with carved, helmeted women’s heads, lacquered and gilded, tapering to the feet. Two pilasters on the back. This console is topped with a recessed Saint Anne gray marble top. First Empire period console. Buff-polished finish.
