Pair Of Imari Porcelain Vases
Pair of Imari porcelain horn-shaped vases with gilded bronze mounts. China, Qianlong period (1736–1795). They feature a polychrome decoration on a white background consisting of underglaze blue, iron red, and rich gold highlights. Motifs include flowers, rocks, grasses, and leafy scrollwork. These vases are adorned with finely chiseled and gilded bronze mounts dating from the mid-19th century. Note: there are some old restorations beneath the necks (barely visible).
