Pair of large Baccarat crystal ewers with wheel-engraved designs, mounted in 925/950 sterling silver.
Hallmarks of Charles Tribour, a silversmith active in Paris between 1897 and 1951 and successor to Copin.
He was based at 161 Rue Saint-Honoré in Paris.
These carafes have some flaws: the one on the left has a chip on the neck and at the junction of the handle, while the one on the right also appears to have a crack at the junction of the neck and handle (last photos).
However, the previous owners kept them as is in a superb glass-fronted silver cabinet, but I think it will be possible to use them as they are.
