Art Nouveau-era Two-tiered Tea Table
Art Nouveau-era two-tiered tea table, featuring the light and refined silhouette characteristic of Belle Époque designs.
The upper tray, with its undulating shape and slightly indented front, is adorned in the center with a delicate marquetry design featuring stylized floral and plant motifs.
It is entirely encircled by an elegant openwork gilt brass railing.
The lower shelf echoes the overall shape of the piece and features a beautiful herringbone wood pattern, also accented by an openwork brass gallery.
The piece rests on four slender legs, slightly curved at the bottom, joined by a curving crossbar adorned in the center with a circular medallion.
The combination of warm-toned woods, marquetry, and brass lends this small table great elegance.
A side table that is as decorative as it is functional, suitable for use as a tea table, serving table, or coffee table.
