This piece of goldsmith’s work likely originates from Malta, dating to the era of the “Grand Tour.”
The famous eight-pointed Maltese cross is suspended by a hinged joint from a filigree royal crown.
The front is elegantly polished, while the back features the characteristic 19th-century brushed texture, crafted by hand.
The historic swan-neck hooks are in their original condition and fully functional.
