An elegant table lamp; the tripod base, featuring coiled designs and rocaille motifs in gilded bronze, supports a spherical porcelain body glazed in a deep Sèvres blue, encircled by a lavish garland of flowers and a foliage band in chiseled bronze. The lamp is topped with its original conical lampshade made of stitched parchment (skin). The electrical wiring is original, complete with its original fabric cord, olive-shaped switch, and period-style plug.
