Elegant Restoration-era secretary desk, crafted from walnut and richly veneered with burl walnut featuring spectacular grain patterns that form stunning butterfly-wing motifs across the entire front.
The piece opens with a drop-down lid revealing a particularly refined writing desk. It features an elegant light-wood interior comprising four drawers, two sliding side compartments, and a central niche. The writing surface is covered in its original green leather, providing a comfortable and authentic workspace.
The lower section consists of three large storage drawers mounted on oak, offering ample storage capacity. The beveled side panels, console legs, and balanced proportions attest to the quality of craftsmanship in this secretary desk.
