Oval mirror from the Napoleon III period, in the Louis XVI style, made of gilded stuccoed wood.
The mirror features garlands of foliage and flowers.
In good condition; note the signs of previous restoration.
Gilding shows signs of wear; some of the original gold leaf has worn away.
The mirror has spots caused by the age of the mercury—a charming sign of its authenticity.
It retains its original back panel.
