One-piece brass mount hallmarked with the letter "M" beneath the gear wheel of the first-class inspector at the Klingenthal Manufactory, J.J. Mouton (1798–1809), and the "B" hallmark.
Flat, slightly curved blade, hallmarked like the mount. Blade back signed “Manufacture du Klingenthal Coulaux Frères.” Leather scabbard with two brass fittings; pommel with trigger guard.
Very good condition.
