18k Gold Heart Pendant With Micro-pavé Diamonds

An 18-karat (750) gold heart-shaped pendant set with sixty-five round brilliant-cut diamonds in a dense micro-pavé arrangement. Each stone is held by fine gold claws, creating an almost continuous surface of light in which the metal is barely visible. The heart's outline is subtly traced by a beaded gold border, while the open-back construction lets light reach every diamond and enhances their natural brilliance.
