Elegant small Art Deco desk from France, circa 1930.
Glossy black “piano” lacquer finish. Original metal hardware and handles, recently nickel-plated.
Stainless steel trim around the edge of the top and along the base of both legs. One door, the interior of which is veneered with speckled maple and lacquered. Two drawers on the right, the interiors of which are mahogany.
Fully restored.
