Mid-18th Century Pair Of Louis XV Mirrors
Refined pair of carved wooden mirrors, finely gilded
with double gold leaf. The mirrors are distinguished by a frame featuring
refined carvings of scrolls and phytomorphic swirls, terminating in geometric
decorations on the bottom and crowned by a palmette cymatium. The mirrors on
both are original from the period, mercury silvered; if you don't like them,
they can be replaced with other antique mirrors. This pair of mirrors exudes
great taste and refinement, adding a touch of class and antiquity to any space.
Tuscan manufacture from the Louis XV period, around the mid-18th century.
