A significant French Louis XVI-style mantel clock, crafted in gilded bronze and richly decorated with polychrome enamels in shades of blue, white, and black.
The circular case is supported by two gilded bronze putti. It is surmounted by an elegant trophy consisting of a quiver and a torch crossed over each other, held together by a ribbon and topped with a pine cone. The entire piece rests on an architecturally styled base with enamel decoration, finished with four feet.
