A superb, large Art Nouveau vase decorated with hydrangeas by Gallé.
While this model is well known among collectors, this vase stands out for the quality of its craftsmanship and the harmony of its soft colors. The floral design is entirely acid-etched, featuring white-flowered hydrangeas on a pinkish background in the upper section, and blue-flowered hydrangeas on an opaline background at the base. Beautifully chiseled and featuring a lovely diabolo shape.

Large size, 57 cm tall, weighing over 3.4 kilograms, in perfect condition, signed “Gallé à l’étoile,” meaning it was produced between 1904 and 1905.
