A beautiful and rare Louis XVI-style cast-iron hand-washing fountain featuring a reservoir decorated with a medallion depicting a winged cupid and a basin adorned with a pediment featuring a palm leaf motif.
The fountain’s body features its own faucet (currently blocked) and, quite rarely, a shell-shaped soap dish.
The lid shows signs of a previous repair.
A scroll is missing from the left side of the basin.
A highly decorative piece for both indoor and outdoor use.
Can be stripped, repainted, and given a patina in the color of your choice
