The staff shows the first four measures of the theme from his Piano Concerto No. 1 in C minor, composed in 1904 and dedicated to his friend Camille Saint-Saëns.
The photograph is glued along its top edge to a sheet of vellum, on which the composer wrote his dedication.
Very good condition.
