Authentic illuminated manuscript leaf on parchment, late 14th–early 15th century (circa 1400–1430). Text in Latin, written in Gothic script, opening with Psalm 114 (Dilexi quoniam exaudiet Dominus...).
Large historiated initial embellished with gold leaf, likely depicting King David, with rich blue, red, and gold decoration. Leaf dimensions: 28.5 × 18 cm. Presented under glass in an antique frame. In good condition with signs of wear consistent with its age. A very fine collector’s item for enthusiasts of medieval manuscripts and illuminations.
