Antique French Napoleon III desk made of fine exotic wood with finely chiseled gilt-bronze accents.

The top features an original period chiseled leather covering bordered by a gilt-bronze trim.

The front features three drawers embellished with gilded bronze vents and handles featuring a leaf motif.

The four corners are adorned with large gilded bronze finials featuring a leaf motif typical of the period.

The four legs have the classic curved shape and end with gilded bronze finials skillfully chiseled.

The opposite side is a mirror image of the main side.

The interior is made of oak.

Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen using the traditional method of shellac and handmade alcohol.
