Rare Art Deco-era glass vase with applied decorations by Charles Schneider, circa 1920.
Yellowand purple powdered glass with a strip of black glass hot-applied near the neck. Superb design of yellow flowers with red pistils applied to the black band and entirely hand-hammered on the wheel. Note the superb craftsmanship on this vase!
This vase is wheel-marked “Schneider” on the applied purple base.
