Flower Onion Pot Or Onion Planter - Made Of Paris Porcelain - 18th Century

RARE FLOWER ONION CRATE or ONION PLANTER - FRANCE - Manufacturer UNKNOWN - Attributed to PARIS - 18th century

Against a white background, the body is decorated with a regular pattern of rose bouquets, punctuated by small gold foliage motifs. The upper section is highlighted by a wide band decorated with a garland of leafy roses. The piece is enhanced by gold fillets along the rim and on the body; the ring-shaped side handles are entirely gilded.
