Gilded brass movement with verge escapement, chain, and fusée, signed Berthoud Paris.
Superb tri-colored gold case, with a relief decoration of flowers and foliage, a bezel set with precious stones, and a back adorned with a beautiful enamel scene depicting a lovely young woman surrounded by green enamel and precious stones.
In perfect condition, nearly new—a rarity for 18th-century watches.
