Antique Gold And Pearl Earrings
An antique pearls earrings with two round elements, smaller and bigger with a nice fringe down. All mounted in 14K gold they have a soft charming movement and are well wearable. Have a look to the very small pearls rounds. Well preserved despite the age they are in perfect condition. End of the 19th century from Sicily. 14K Gold (touchstone tested). An old hallmark is on the hooks. Small natural pearls was fished by the Sicilians in the east mediterranean coasts and used also for jewellery since the Middle Age.
