Antique Cameos Gold Earrings
Here we present an amazing pair of antique earrings in Sardonix cameos
repreenting two Cupidos. The one sittng is painting flowers on an oval
frame. On the Top the other is observing the scene with a crown in his
hand. They are mounted in 14K Gold surrounded by small natural pearls.
The figures was very carefully hand-carved and full of precious details
with an amazing quality. The white carvings well contrasts with the dark
background. A little old masterpiece of Art for the Grand Tour
tourists. The old hallmark of the goldsmith is on the hooks. 14K Gold
(touchstone tested). From a Roman family collection. Second half of the
19th century. They are in perfect condition.
