The desk has a white marble top and two 45-cm extensions on the left and right.
Jean-Joseph Chapuis (June 6, 1765 – February 10, 1864) was a Belgian/French cabinetmaker active in the 18th and 19th centuries.
The desk is stamped “Chapuis” in several places. The desk is in good condition with a few minor flaws and needs to be refreshed.
