A very fine early 17th century Spanish Bargueno on its original walnut base cabinet. The front shutter is adorned with beautiful ironwork behind which is hidden red velvet. The magnificent lock still has its original key and the interior is richly decorated with gilded twisted columns and polychrome painted plaques on the 12 drawers of various sizes. Behind the lockable door in the center of the cabinet are 3 further drawers for storing your valuables. The base cabinet has two doors at the bottom and two large deep drawers at the top, also very nicely decorated with gilt and polychrome plaques. A very fine early 17th century Spanish cabinet on ball feet. Height: 156 cm. Width: 112 cm. Depth: 44 cm.
