An elegant chest of drawers made of solid walnut with three large drawers, crafted during the Empire period in the first half of the 19th century. This piece stands out for its understated and balanced design, enhanced by two freestanding columns framing the front.

The three drawers offer ample storage space and are adorned with bronze drop handles featuring lion’s head motifs, complete with their original lock plates. The overhanging top rests on a simple molding, while the turned columns and plinth legs reinforce the piece’s classical elegance.

The top panel lifts to reveal a spacious storage compartment—a practical and sought-after feature that gives this chest of drawers an additional use.
