Elegant side table, finely veneered in cherry wood andcherry burl. The piece features details and finishes typical of the Empirestyle, with decorations in gilded acanthus leaf and pure gold leaf, and a ringat the base of the Empire green lacquer. The side table is distinguished by itscircular top, featuring a small drawer with a lost-wax cast bronze key,convenient for storing objects, and by its concave base supported by four legs.It is a piece of great taste and refinement, capable of lending a touch ofclass and antiquity to any space. Made in Lucca (Lucca, Tuscany), from theEmpire period, around the beginning of the 19th century.
