Jacques Bille (Paris, February 13, 1880 – Boulogne-Billancourt, June 8, 1942) was a French painter renowned for his depictions of flowers and his pastels.
Trained as a horticulturist, he brought to his painting an intimate knowledge of plants, which he rendered with great delicacy.
An Officer of the Academy, a member of the jury for the fine arts section of the National Horticultural Society, and a member of the National Society of Fine Arts, he received an honorable mention in 1922.
He exhibited in 1924 at the Royal Society of Belgium, then in 1926 at the Royal Academy as well as in Paris (Galerie Georges Petit, 1929), Lyon, Saint-Dié, Le Havre, Roubaix, Lille, Liège, and many other cities.
