Oak And Linden Trumeau
Exceptional oak paneling, with carved linden wood decoration forming a trumeau, consisting of a pair of pilasters with bold fluting, embellished with garlands of foliage and berries. Set back at the ends, the glazing beads are decorated with laurel leaves. The ensemble is surmounted by a pediment carved with heart-shaped bands, with a crossbar featuring fluting and candlesticks. The cornice is adorned with beads and heart-shaped bands. Two pairs of palmettes crown the pilasters. There are missing pieces in various places.
