Circular in shape, slightly concave, resting on a ring-shaped base,
Made of blue-glazed earthenware on a white background,
Painted with blue cobalt oxide and limonite for the yellow,
Decorated with a large, mirror-image calligraphic composition of the word “Allah,” set against a floral background of bouquets,
In good condition for its age; however, there is a chip on the rim,
Small chips from normal wear and traces of rust,
Signed on the underside with an “S” for Serghini and Fez,
A high-quality and rare 19th-century Moroccan piece,
Only one example is preserved in the collections of the Batha Museum in Fez, Morocco (inv. 54-794),
