18k yellow gold daisy sapphire pendant, featuring a natural oval-cut sapphire at its center, set with yellow gold prongs, weighing approximately 0.85 ct. It is surrounded by a cluster of twelve round old-cut diamonds, totaling approximately 0.80 ct.
The bail, discreetly integrated into the design, is accented by an additional old-cut diamond that bridges the transition between the pendant and the chain.
