Byzantine gold pendant with four bezoars,believed to be magical antidotes to poisons. The structure, made of pure gold, featureson the front half-moon-shaped and inverted heart-shaped glass pastes set betweentwo small rubies on either side. Four hanging bezoars mounted as if they werepearls. An object of great esoteric fascination in absolutelyexceptional condition. At the top is a cylindrical loop for attaching acord or chain.
