Charming turned bamboo rod and umbrella stand from the 1920s. This elegant piece of furniture, inspired by the colonial taste in vogue during the Art Deco period, combines functionality and decorative refinement.
The stained bamboo structure features a compartmentalized upper rod holder for storing several rods, umbrellas or parasols. The lower part features a metal tray for collecting water from umbrellas. The turned uprights, harmonious proportions and fine original patina testify to meticulous craftsmanship.
