Gilded Metal Table Lamp From The 1970s

Importanttable lamp in gilded metal with a parallelepiped base, also in gilded metalthe sides are centered by a horizontal black stripe.horizontal band. At the center of the top is a small sphere supporting a much larger flattened one.the body of the lamp itself.

The flat partof this slightly protruding sphere is a matt gilding and is decoratedwith four fine grooves contrasting with the polished, gilded surface of thetop and bottom of the sphere.

A vertical golden tube rises abovesupports the lighting system, which features two bulbs that can betwo bulbs that can be lit independently of each other.The original lampshade,is covered with pleated fabric and lined on the inside.Fine workmanship.
