Imposing panel in wood marquetry, the scene is animated by two characters discussing on the edge of the river in front of " the house of the friend Fritz (for the cinema) in the village of Wissembourg in Alsace .

The panel of large size is signed with iron in bottom on the right Spindler it is framed .

On the back, top right is inscribed in pencil Wissembourg .

Era : first part or middle of the 20 th century .

Condition : the panel is in the condition in which it was found, small accidents ( scratches) near the fireplace of the house ( see photos) .
