This sleek mirror, featuring a 9.5 cm frame (9 cm glass + 0.5 cm wood), is distinguished by its
size and subtle floral engravings.
In the center of the horizontal and vertical frames is a large, stylized flower, as well as in the four corner elements. Waving leaves, delicate spirals and tendrils emerge from the flower, all rendered with a light, flowing touch.
The glass elements here are secured by 1.5 cm brass rosettes, which also lend the mirror more character than the glass rosettes usually used.
The frame glass is 1.0 cm thick and faceted on all sides.
The mirror glass shows very nice ageing marks both on the frame and in the center, giving it a special charm; there are no chipped corners or cracks.
His wooden frame has been repainted dark brown; the solid back panel is original.
