Elegant Art Deco sculpture of a dancer in cast iron, regula with antique green patina, signed on the terrace "GUERBE" for Raymonde Guerbe ( 1894-1995) , probably edited by Max le Verrier ( 1891-1973) and presented on a black marble base
Multi-faceted artist , also known by the pseudonym Andrée Guerval, she began by studying dance at Isadora Ducan's school around 1919 and took part in numerous shows, before exhibiting her work at the Salon d'Automne from 1923 onwards
In 1921, she married the sculptor Pierre le Faguays
All her works are full of grace and femininity.
