Born in Roanne in 1946, Michel Granger has lived in Paris since 1969. His press cartoons were published as early as 1972, notably in "Pilote". From 1975 to 1985, his work illustrated news items in three daily newspapers on France's 1st national TV channel, as well as in the press magazines Le Nouvel Observateur, Le Progrès, Paris-Match... He is also world-renowned for having illustrated the album covers of composer Jean-Michel Jarre, numerous posters for UNICEF, UNESCO, Amnesty International, the Cannes Festival, Reporters sans Frontières, the Red Cross, as well as postage stamps... He is also a sculptor and photographer....and always very committed to the future of our magnificent planet!...
This rare early print is in very good overall condition, with traces of freckling and handling on the margins.
